Ignore the hypocrites and haters and continue to be who you want to be and do what makes you happy (as long as it isn’t drugs. Just, like, take care of yourselves, man). It may be hard sometimes to get out of bed to get to school on time, but it’s still worth it at the end of the day.

To my three remaining senior clarinet females (sorry Claire, seniority rules): Lauren Kern – the Cool Clarinet, Grace Michel – the Kind Clarinet, and Cristina Suarez-Lopez – the Caring Clarinet — I, the clarinet section leader, collectively will the title of Alpha Clarinet Don’t feel too bad if Mr. Bina says he can’t hear you (just blame the trumpets) and keep the clarinet boys in line for me!
